3. Digital Products
We sell digital products including but not limited to templates, guides, and resources. All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including copy, design, imagery, and branding — is the intellectual property of Sketchd Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Upon full payment for a client project, agreed deliverables transfer to the client as outlined in the project agreement. Sketchd Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any assets required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of Sketchd Studio.

6. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in each project proposal. Sketchd Studio reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of work where payment is overdue.

7. Limitation of Liability
Sketchd Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or digital products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service or product.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
