Bailey & Co represents the travel advisory brand of Savannah Bailey, dedicated to helping clients plan seamless, personalised travel experiences with exceptional care and attention to detail. The brand required a refreshed visual identity and a set of cohesive social media templates to elevate its presentation and reflect the personalised, client-first approach.

This update positions Bailey & Co as a trusted travel partner, enhancing brand recognition and reinforcing its commitment to thoughtful, high-touch client service.

This trend made me realize it’s not just me 😅

My teachers said I’d fail, they weren’t wrong about algebra but they were very wrong about everything else 🤷🏻‍♀️

Turns out I wasn’t built for that path, I was built for this one 🤍

A reel we created for a travel advisor got over 4 million views and brought in over 2,000 new followers in less than a week.

Here’s the psychology that made it work 👇

🤝 Three hooks working together: The visuals pulled you in before a word was read, the on-screen text gave you a reason to stay, the caption was controversial enough to spark debate. Most content has one hook. This had three.

👀 It sparked controversy: Telling people there’s a right and wrong way to eat in Italy gets opinions flowing. People agree, disagree, tag friends. That conversation is what pushed it to millions of people.

🌍 The authority was real: She wasn’t sharing tips she’d googled. She was born there. And people trust lived experience on a completely different level.

📌 It was built to be saved: Practical, time-stamped, immediately useful. The algorithm loves saves. So do humans.

💬 It ave people a reason to comment: The CTA ‘Comment a keyword, get a free Italy guide’ flooded the comments with interaction, and that signal told the algorithm this content was worth pushing to millions more.

And this wasn’t a one-off. We’ve made reels hitting hundreds of thousands of views, consistently.

But here’s the other part of the equation: she shows up. With her face. Regularly. She brings the insights, the lived experience, the local knowledge. We bring the strategy and the execution. People don’t just trust the content, they trust her. That familiarity and that partnership is what turns views into followers, and followers into enquiries.

Can I promise every reel hits millions? No. Nobody can. And I never would.

But content built around genuine expertise, a strong point of view and real human psychology will always travel further than content built around selling.

A reminder that you’re smashing it, despite what you may think 🤍

When I moved from Cape Town to London, I promised myself I’d take every opportunity that I wouldn’t have had in SA & @adobe MAX was definitely one of them! ✨

I attended the conference last week for the first time at @magazinelondon and left feeling more inspired than ever. Adobe launched so many new features and products that I can’t wait to start using 🫡

The theme of the event was how Ai can help designers have a better quality of life by improving their speed, quality of work and workflow and I’m so here for it 😮‍💨

They also launched amazing initiatives to help designers that are just starting out which I would of loved when I was a graduate!

Events like this always leave me feeling creatively inspired, and as someone who works from home & for myself, it’s always great to be surrounded by like-minded individuals ❤️

Very grateful I got to attend & I can’t wait for the next!
